Fatimah Alhamlan

Dr. Alhamlan is a Consultant, Clinical Scientist at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and an Associate Professor at Alfaisal University. She is also a founder and Vice President of Rofaida Women’s Health Organization.
Dr. Alhamlan has obtained her higher education from the United States majoring in Microbiology, Molecular Biology and Biochemistry. Thereafter, she was awarded a competitive one-year scholarship to join the Global Clinical Scholar Research Training Program (Epidemiology, Clinical Trials, and Biostatistics) offered by Harvard Medical School in the United States. She has also successfully completed the Program for Leadership Development, Executive Education at Harvard Business School.
Dr. Alhamlan was recently awarded Prince Saud Bin Naif Award for Cancer Research, 1ST Place Winner, organized by Johns Hopkins Aramco and the Saudi Cancer Society. She was also a finalist in the Recognizing Excellence around Champions of Health (REACH) Award supported by the Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi, in partnership with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Abu Dhabi Nov 19th, 2019. She was awarded an Eisenhower Fellowship 2018, Women Pioneers in Health Sciences Research Award, 2018, and Sayadati Young Saudi Female Scientist Award in Science and Medicine. She was also awarded grants to support her research in Women’s Health and awareness campaigns.
She has published many articles in prestigious journals.
